Heavenly Father, the Bible says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.” (James 1:5) I am asking for wisdom. You are all-knowing, and the source of understanding. I thank You that I don’t have to rely on my own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5-6) Help me make decisions that are wise and honor You. Father, I pray that confusion diminishes, so that Your voice and Your will become clear. By Your Word and Spirit, give me insight in every area of my life. I commit myself to remain teachable so I can know Your ways and that I may walk in them. Forgive me for any decision I have made without consulting You. I declare my heart is to honor You and glorify Your name.
